• Family Nurse Practitioner needed for a Locum Tenens assignment in Pima County AZ
• Work Dates Needed:  Oct 2024 – Sep 2025

• Preferred Schedule:  8a-5p (M-F) | No Call

•  Worksite Setting:  Clinic

•  Scope of Work:  Provide support for clinic | Locums will see womb to tomb | 40% Adult | 50% Adult Geriatric | 10% Pediatric | Clinic has full line of services including: Family Medicine; Pediatrics; Acute & Chronic Condition Care; Immunizations; Medication Management | Medicare Annual Wellness Exams; General Surgery; OB/GYN; Podiatry; Urogynecology; Urology; Vascular surgery | Locums will receive hospital privileges as clinic is tied to hospital

•  Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:  Active AZ License | Active AZ DEA | Board Certified | ACLS | BLS | PALS/NRP | Current CV | 3 references

•  EMR:  Cerner
• Pay:$95.00-$100.00 per hour plus travel
