- Work Dates Needed: 1/06/25 – 12/31/2025
- Preferred Schedule: 5 eight hour days, likely will take Four or Five 10 hour days
- Worksite Setting: Hospital – Care team model
- Scope of Work: ORS,GEN, ENT, URO, OB is optional
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CRNA boards, BLS, ACLS
- EMR: EPIC
