Job Description
Cross Country Locums is seeking coverage in Texas:
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP – Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 5a – 5p, 7a – 7p, 5p – 5a, 7p – 7a every day & a 11a – 9p shift is sometimes filled during Mon-Fri with a resident moonlighting
- Worksite Setting: Emergency department
- Scope of Work:
- NP/PA SHIFT TIMES: 7a – 5p, 9a – 7p, 3p-1a, & 7p – 5a Mon-Fri. On Sat-Sun it’s 7a-5p, 11a-9p, & 7p-5a
- ANNUAL VOLUME About 51,700
- PATIENTS PER DAY: About 140-150/day
- % EMS : 21%
- % ADMITTED PATIENTS: 22%
- TRAUMA LEVEL DESIGNATION III
- ED BEDS & FAST TRACK BEDS 31 ED beds
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ABEM or AOBEM, Must have completed EM residency, ATLS, ACLS, & PALS required
- EMR: Meditech
