Family Medicine (FM) Locum Tenens
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: February 3, 2025 for 3 months
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am to 5pm, full time only .
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient with 2 other providers in this location.
- Scope of Work: 100% Family Practice. 16 to 20 patients a day – Must see all ages.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: SC license, DEA for SC, and Federal DEA, BLS, NPI, BC preferred.
- EMR: Eclinical works
- Pay Rate Preferred: $135-$145, travel and malpractice insurance provided.
