• Work Dates Needed: 11/18 – 12/13 and possibly longer
• Preferred Schedule: Mon  7a – 5p; Tues, Wed, Thur 8a-5p; Fri 7a – 3p
• Worksite Setting: Clinic
• Scope of Work: 
• What ages do they see?  Adults only
