Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP for a min of 3 months – **URGENT**
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm – no weekends!
- Worksite Setting: Family outpatient Health Center
- Scope of Work: Primary Care – must be comfortable seeing all ages
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active OH license, DEA, BLS
- EMR: E-clinical
- Pay Rate Preferred: $120
