- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call
- ACLS, BLS and PALS required
- 5 – 8 hearts per week
- Full scope of general, OB/GYN, neuro, complex ortho, regional, thoracic, vascular, cardiac etc
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
