Annual Volume: 18,000; Admit rate 16% Transfer rate 6%
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: OH License & DEA
Additional: ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM Accepted, 45 – 60 days to Credential
EMR: Paragon (All Scripts)
