Job Description

  • Setting: multispecialty clinic
  • Start date: Jan 13
  • Length of assignment: 6 months with possibility of extension
  • Scope of practice: primary and preventative care
  • Work schedule: 36 hours per week M-F
  • Clinic hours: M-F 7:30a-5p
  • EMR: Epic
  • Experience Requirement: 2+ ys of advanced practice in primary care
  • Licenses and certifications: Active OR lic, DEA, BLS
  • Pay rate: $80 per hour
