Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: 12/02-perm
- Preferred Schedule: clinic hours 8am to 5pm, one day working later
- Worksite Setting: FQHC Outpatient
- Scope of Work: psyche and family patients up to 20 a day
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA state license, DEA, BLS
- EMR: TBD
