Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Start ASAP – Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Thurs (7a-3p) OR just Wed’s | No call | No weekends | No nights
- Worksite Setting: Inpatient| Critical Access (rural) Hospital
- Scope of Work: Ortho, general surgery, Endo, Peds [includes children under 2] | Peds cases are typically bread & butter [tonsils, ear tubes] | ER | Avg 20 cases [Mon-Thurs] | 1-3 Surgeons, OR Staff, and Anesthesia
- Licenses | Certifications | Requirements: OH License | OH DEA [Must have OH address or be willing to change to OH address ] | ACLS | BLS | Board Certification | Case Logs [past 24 months] | COI’s from past work | Current CAQH | Tspot [within last 12 months] | Covid 19 vaccinated | Flu vaccinated [within last 12 months]
