- Must have active state license
- Boards not required
- Weekdays, Days
- BLS and PALS certifications required
- Primarily sick visits, but must be able to do well visits and ADHD patients
- 25 – 30 patients per day
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
