Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP – Ongoing 
  • Preferred Schedule: 7a Mon – 7a Mon / 24hr 
  • Worksite Setting: Inpatient / Outpatient 
  • Scope of Work:
    • Rounding and taking call 
    • Possible need for clinic coverage Tues/Thurs
    • Daily hospital rounding with call 1 week per month
    • Inpatient volume: 12-15 patients per day
    • Clinic Volume: up to 20 patients per day
    • Support Staff: 4 RNs, 3.5 MAs
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license, DEA, BC HEM/ONC
  • EMR: Epic
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $2000/daily (submit at best rate)
