- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
- Inpatient & outpatient
- Mix of adult (85%) and peds (15%)
- The provider will primarily cover onsite radiology reads from inpatient, outpatient and ED setting
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
