Job Description

A facility in southeastern Texas has an opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide short-term Emergency Medicine coverage.

About the Opportunity:

  • Schedule: 8 or 12-hour shifts
  • Patient Census: ~1.5 per hour
  • Required Procedures: Suture repair, abscess I&D, splinting
  • Common Cases: Low acuity ED patients
  • Support Staff: ED MD, ED nurses
  • Must be board-certified
  • Paid travel & expenses
