• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• ACLS required
• Roughly 60 cases per day including 8 – 10 CVT cases with TEEs, intubations, arterial lines
• General, cardiac, thoracic and vascular required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
