Pediatric Surgeon Locum Tenens in Montana

Job Description

• Work Dates: October 23 – November 5, with ongoing coverage needed in 2025
• Schedule: Clinic schedule with hospital call, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Hospital call is 24/7, including nights and weekends. We’re looking for 1-2 weeks of coverage per month.
• Setting: This is an inpatient/outpatient position.
• Scope of Work:
  
  • Clinic: See 8 patients per day, supported by APPs and MAs.
  • Hospital: Care for 1-3 patients per shift, supported by a Pediatric AN and Pediatric CCM. This is a Level 3 Trauma Center.
• Compensation: $250/hour, plus a $2000 flat rate for 24 hour call shifts (Friday 5pm – Monday 8am). Call back shifts are $325/hour.
• Requirements: Active Montana medical license (IMLC accepted), board certification, and fellowship completion are required. Proficiency with Cerner EMR is a plus.
