Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: PERM asap 
  • Preferred Schedule: Opened hours Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm 
  • Worksite Setting: Tribal community – 100% outpatient 
  • Scope of Work: General Optometry:  exams & diagnosing diseases like: glaucoma, cataracts, and Macular degeneration 
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: 
    • CA state Doctor of Optometry license, 
    • Board certified with NBEO,  
    • background check free of felony convictions, 
    • CA drivers license
  • EMR: Next Gen moving to Cerner
  • Compensation: 
    • $140-160K annual salary perm with, 
    • relocation, sign on, 
    • medical dental vision 401k.  
    • 24 days accrued vacation 
    • Free locally sourced produce every other week
