Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Dec 26 – 27; Jan 2, 21, 22, 27
- Preferred Schedule: 8a-5p (60)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Onsite Health Clinic – Family Medicine/Primary Care
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NV license, NV CDS, BLS and DEA
- EMR: EPIC
- Pay Rate: $70 – $80/hr.
