- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- BLS required
- 12 – 16 patients per day (adolescent from ages 13 to 18)
- Cases include depression, ADHD, suicidal tendencies, light substance abuse
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
