Family or Internal Medicine (FM or IM) – Locum Tenens
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP (roughly 3 to 4 weeks out with credentials) 6 months or longer
- Preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
- Worksite Setting: all outpatient
- Scope of Work: This is a primary care Adult Clinic with a focus on addiction medicine, and bridging meds. Patient population experiences homelessness, poverty, and addiction. 18+ years of age on all patients. 16-18 patients per day.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited medical school
- Possession of a valid California license & DEA as a physician
- Possession of national Board Certification or Board Eligible in appropriate field
- Possession of BLS/CPR certification
- COVID vaccination with boosters
- Must have addiction medicine experience & be comfortable treating for these medications
- EMR: E clinical works
