Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner (NP) – locum tenens
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Covering for Medical leave- asap- end of the year (Need 1 FT Provider in GA)
- Preferred Schedule: M-F 9a-7p 9-1, 3-7 (1 hour lunch, 1 hour admin)
- Worksite Setting: Integrated chiro- med
- Scope of Work: Follow up appt after chiro sees patient, Orthopedic assessments , musculoskeletal med, trigger injections, join injections, placement plasma injections, nerve conduction velocity
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: GA licenses, prefers NP, must have experience with musculoskeletal med and injections
- EMR: Eclipse
