- Schedule: M/TH/F from 7a-6p, T from 8a-7p. Wed off and Sat rotation coverage 8a-12p
- Setting: Employee Health; Acute/Primary Care
- Scope: Ages 2 & up, 16-18 ppd
- Required: IN license/CSR, BLS, DEA
