Family Medicine Physician needed in Sunnyvale, CA
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP-12/27/2024 with option to extend
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (60). No weekends or holidays
- Worksite Setting: Primary care – MD/DO is sole provider to see 2+ ages
- Scope of Work: Outpatient work; provider has free food – cafe’s food court, cuisines, lots of options, no parking
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must be BC; State license, EPIC Experience a must
- EMR: EPIC – Experience required
- Pay Rate Preferred: $135 per hour
