Cardiothoracic ICU Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (NP/PA) Needed – Locum Tenens
Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: Start in October for a 6-month contract
- Preferred Schedule: Night Shift (7p-7a); Schedule is flexible, open to 3-13 hr shifts per week or 7 on 7 off
- Worksite Setting: Cardiothoracic ICU
- Scope of Work:
- Supporting/ managing coverage for nights in CT ICU as well as some floor rounding
- Physician available on night shift coverage
- Procedures required: chest tube insertion and management of chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, and balloon pump.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active NY Licensure, BLS, ACLS, DEA and CT ICU experience. If an NP, must be acute care certified.
- Pay Rate Preferred: $140-150/hr
