Job Description
- Work Dates Needed: On-Going Beginning March 1st. Weeknight Call and Weekend Call Negotiable
- Preferred Schedule: Client is looking for consistency 1week stretch/month at a minimum 8a-5p Monday through Friday
- Worksite Setting: Hospital Base
- Scope of Work: 50% IR + 50% DX
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: OK License, DEA, ABR
- EMR: TBD
- Pay Rate: $335/hr
