- Work Dates Needed: 1/6/2024 – 5/31/2025
- Preferred Schedule: 7a-7a, outpatient and inpatient, scheduled clinic hours plus call
- Worksite Setting: Hospital
- Scope of Work: General Adult URO, Laparoscopies, Incontinency procedures, ESWL
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: ACLS, BLS, Must be licensed in KY or have IMLC
