Non-Invasive Cardiologist needed in SW Illinois!

Job Description

7 on 7 off.
Monday-Thursday 7:30a-5p, Friday 7:30a-3p inpatient rounding.
1:6 call rotation Friday-Monday 5p-7am.

Coverage needed:
Jan 1-12
Feb 17- 2
March 17-23

Start Date: As soon as credentialed – 60 days
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing

Schedule: Inpatient rounding and weekend call.

Work Details:
• Support Staff: Group of 8 cardiologists
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time preferred, 7 on 7 off schedule
· Patients per day: 17 (10 consults, 2 ICU, 3 procedures)
· Patient Population/Age: Adult
· Department Description: 100% inpatient.
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: Treadmill stress test, ECHOS, EKG. TEE and nuclear cardiology a plus

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Internal Medicine Required
· License Required: Active IL license.
· DEA: Required
· Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
· Minimum Experience Required: 1 year +
