CRNA needed North of Seattle WA!

Job Description

5x 10hr shifts per week, 7a-5p – 40-45hrs per week

Sporadic Dec Dates
Dec. 9, 10, 12, 13, 23, 24, 26, 27, 30, 31 FT
Ongoing coverage needed January and beyond

-Call: On average, call one night per week and one weekend per month. Not required to stay in-house.

-Post-call: On pager until noon, covering OB and breaks if needed. 1-2 pager calls per week typically

Shift Details: 8s, 10s, 12s Need a minimum of 2 weeks per month of availability
-Case mix: General, blocks, OB, Ortho, Uro, Gyn, podiatry, spines, GI, ENT and Peds (No heads, hearts or vascular)
-3 ORs, 1 Endo, and OB coverage for 3 labor rooms.

· EMR: EMR/EHR: Meditech Expanse- anesthesia charts done on paper, Medication management/Digital Pharmacy: Pyxis
