Job Description
Start Date: 11/01/2024 – Ongoing
Schedule:
*The physician must be willing to be credentialed at and work at 4 locations
*Must be willing share weeknight and weekend call
*Any physician that provides at least 40 clinical hours per week plus at least one night of call during the month of November will receive a $500 completion bonus
Work Details:
Support staff: 20 RNs, 4 Office Staff
Patients per day: 25
Patient population/age: Adult, Pediatric
Special procedures:
Cases covered at each Facility – Endoscopy; General Surgery; Orthopedics; GYN robotics; Urology Oro; Podiatry; Pulm/Bronc Lab; Gastro; OB: Cardiac/Thoracic/Structural heart
Skills required: Complex Ortho, Complex Vascular, Head Spine, Regional Anesthesiology, Adult/Pediatric General Anesthesia, Spinal/Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Spine cases, Complex vascular cases (except open heart), Complete orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Ventilation management, Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement, CRNA supervision
Requirements:
Board Certification: Eligible
License required: Licensed in AZ only
Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
Must live 60 miles from facility
