Job Description

  • Work Dates Needed: asap start after 60 days of credentials for 3 months 
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm 
  • Worksite Setting: FQHC, outpatient setting with 7 to 10 other primary care providers 
  • Scope of Work: babies to adults all primary care visits.  3 patients per hour mandatory, or 24 patients a day.  Lab on site but no x-ray 
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, Must be board certified in order to present to him.   Might consider IM board certification 
  • EMR: EPIC
