Job Description
- Setting: Outpatient clinic for marginalized populations experiencing poverty and addiction
- Dates: starting ASAP for 3-6 months
- Schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Scope: complex care for substance use, mental health disorders and multiple chronic illnesses
- Duties: MAT, bridging meds, integrated behavioral care
- Daily volume: 16-20
- EMR: eClinicalWorks
- Requirements: CA lic, DEA, BLS, 3 ys of primary care exp, 1 year of exp in MAT
- Pay rate: $100 per hour
