- Preferred Schedule: 6a-6p (30)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IL license, IL CSR, BLS, DEA. Must be able to see all ages. Occ Health experience a MUST
- EMR: EPIC
