Job Description
- Setting: FQHC seeing all ages alongside 2 MDs and a NP
- Dates: ASAP – 6 months
- Scope of practice: primary and preventative care
- Work schedule: M-F 8a-5p
- Daily volume: 16-20 per provider
- EMR: Athena
- Experience Requirement: 5+ ys of advanced practice in primary care
- Licenses and certifications: Active OR lic, DEA, BLS
- Pay rate: $85 per hour
