Job Description

  • Locum to Perm or Perm position
  • Work Dates Needed: Mon, Wed, Thur & Fri – 8am to 4pm; Tue – 8am to 6pm
  • Preferred Schedule: 40 hr. work week
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic
  • Scope of Work: Dentistry
    • Emergency & Comprehensive Exams, 
    • Night Guards, 
    • Cleanings, 
    • Teeth Whitening, 
    • Fillings, 
    • Tobacco Cessation/Counseling, 
    • Extractions
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: 
    • WV License, 
    • Experience working with all ages, 
    • EMR Proficiency, 
    • Clear background check and drug screening
  • EMR: ECW
  • Pay Rate Preferred: Salary: $140,000 – $170,000 depending on experience// for Locum-Perm Candidates: $115/hr.
