- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, Flexible
- BLS and NRP required
- 20 – 25 patients per day, mix of peds (60%), newborn (35%) and adolescents (5%)
- Outpatient setting required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
