- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Days, Nights, Swings
- ACLS required
- 20 – 22 patients/day shift, average of 10 – 11 patients and 12 – 13 patients/swing shift & night
- Open ICU and vent management required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
