- ACLS required
- 50 cases per day
- Orthopedics, urology, general surgery, vascular, ENT, neuro/spine, podiatry, OB/GYN
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
