4339D Nurse Practitioner with Pre-Natal experience, Primary Care and/or Urgent Care, No Call and Weekends Off! Located in Alaska’s Playground. Bring family with you and can accommodate a pet! It just doesn’t get better than this!
This is a rare opportunity for a nurse practitioner to work in primary care and/or urgent care five days per week. Work Monday-Friday, and enjoy two consecutive days off to enjoy all the area has to offer including hiking, fishing year-round, and cross-country skiing in the winter. This clinic is on the road system so it’s an easy drive to some of Alaska’s best destinations, such as Anchorage and Homer.

DATES: ASAP, would prefer a several month commitment for rotations. Offer dates into 2025.
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
- $97 per hour for every hour worked in the clinic
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- No Call
- Duties: Primary Care and/or Urgent Care Clinic
- Orientation/training days are paid at hourly rate
- Accommodations: All travel, lodging, vehicle and malpractice insurance are provided
- This is a 1099 position as a locum
REQUIRMENTS:
- 2 years’ experience as an NP in primary care
- OB experience for care of patients through 30 weeks
- Good urgent and primary care experience
- Active Alaska license
- ACLS, BLS required
- Active DEA Certificate
