Job Description
Specialty: Family Medicine
Hospital Location: Lake Bonney, WA
Dates: ASAP – 1 year of coverage
Availability: Full Time or a minimum of 2 weeks per month for at least 6 months
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30a-5:30p
Patients per shift: 18-20
Duties: In-person patient visits, task box, med refills, etc.
EMR: Epic
Credentialing: 90 days
Additional Info: Must have active WA license and DEA
