Job Description
DATES NEEDED Interventional Cardiology w/ Advanced Heart Failure & Int Card
- August-Ongoing
- Needing 2 weeks per month, with a 7-day block minimum
POSITION DETAILS Interventional Cardiology w/ Advanced Heart Failure & Int Card
- 487 Bed Hospital, Level 1 Trauma Shifts run 7am-5pm
Clinic: Monday-Thursday 1pm-5pm, and Friday 8am-12pm - Hospital: Inpatient VAD Rounds/Heart Failure Consults Monday-Thursday 8am-12pm, and Friday 1pm-5pm
- 24-hour CAD Call 7 consecutive days Monday-Sunday
Patient Volume: 1 VAD patient daily, 1VAD admit per week, 2 consults per half day, 10 clinic patients per half day - Must have Advanced Heart Failure Fellowship
- APP Support/Supervision: VAD CALL-CVICU Fellow support; in-patient VAD Rounds-CVUICU fellow, RN coordinator support; in-patient Heart Failure Consults-Consult Fellow support; Heart Failure Clinic-RN support.
