Job Description
Medstaff is assisting with Gastroenterology coverage for a client located in Champaign, IL.
Here are the details:
- Looking for a Board Certified GI physician, with an IL license, IL CSR, DEA, AHS ACLS and at least 2 years of recent experience
- M-F, 8am-5pm, call 1:3, including hospital and answering service
- Mainly adult patients, commercial, Medicare and a small amount Molina
- 6-8 procedures in a half day and 12 office visits in a half day
- All general GI procedures
- EMR is EPIC
- Requires Proof of COVID Vaccine and a clean background
- Credentialing will take about 30 days for the clinic and could take 60-90 days for the hospital – possible expedited privileges
- 3-6 month commitment, possibly ongoing
