Reason For Coverage: Vacation
Dates Needed: August 7-18
Shift and Call Info: Clinic: M-F, 8a-5p, w/night and weekend call
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
Job Details:
- Setting: Outpatient with hospital call
- Patient Volume: 14-20 follow-up patient visits/day, no new consults
- Follow-ups for established patients, monitoring patient status for planned chemo administration, monitoring patient response to established treatment, and determining proper responses
- Support Staff: MA, Nursing, Chemo, Nurse navigation and non-clinical support available
- EMR: EPIC
- Must have an active IL license or active IMLC
- Phone interview required
- All travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance are covered
