Job Description
DATES NEEDED Family Medicine
- June 3rd – Dec 20th
- Monday – Friday, 8a-4:30p
- Minimum 2 weeks per month
POSITION DETAILS Family Medicine
- Outpatient Clinic
- 15 – 17 PPD (100% Adults)
- APP Support: RN, LPN, CMA and a Lead MD
- EMR: EPIC
- Requirements: BC or TBE, No malpractice or background, Must have COVID vaccination
