Locum Tenens Emergency Medicine Physician Opening in Northeastern KY
Job Description
Medstaff is assisting with Emergency Medicine contract coverage for a client located in northeastern Kentucky.
- Looking for a physician that has completed an Emergency Medicine Residency and is Board Certified or ready to sit for the boards in Emergency Medicine
- If BC requires ATLS and PALS, if BE requires BLS, ACLS, ATLS and PALS
- Requires a KY license or IMLC, DEA and a clean background
- Shifts are available Sun-Sat 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 2p-2a & 7p-7a
- Minimum 4 shifts per month, must be flexible for weekdays, weekends, nights and days
- 52 bed ED, annual volume 65k, physicians and APPs each cover 48 hours per day
- EPIC EMR, scribes work alongside physicians
- Proof of recent PPD, Covid and Flu vaccinations are required
- Start is based on time for credentialing. 6-month commitment, with possible extension
