JETT Medical Staffing

JETT Medical Staffing focuses on the permanent and locums placement of Advanced Practice Providers and Physicians nationwide. JETT Medical Staffing was founded by Jamie and Randy Sumner, PA-C, in July of 2020.

Jamie has over twenty years of sales and management experience.  She began her career as the Chief Financial Officer of a large credit union.  Seeking a career change, she became a Realtor at one of the top brokerages in Savannah, Georgia.  Her hard work and dedication paid off, and she was repeatedly recognized as one of the top producers in the company.  After a short break to focus on raising her children, Jamie began working with a healthcare staffing firm. Jamie’s experience and enthusiasm for recruiting, combined with Randy’s experience as a long-time Physician Assistant inspired the couple to start JETT Medical Staffing.

Randy has over twenty years of experience as a cardiac surgery Physician Assistant. He has worked extensively in both the permanent and locum settings and, through that, he has gained a deep understanding of the expectations of physicians and hospital systems and also of the need, across the country, for skilled healthcare providers who can deliver high-level care. Over the years, as he worked in various regions of the country, Randy noticed widespread shortages of highly skilled healthcare providers and decided to focus his professional efforts on placing and aiding in the career advancement of healthcare providers.

JETT Medical focuses on placing Advanced Practice Providers and Physicians in both the permanent and locums settings, with the overall goal of contributing to the growth and success of the often understaffed areas of medical practice. At JETT Medical, we recognize the importance of relationships in this industry and we strive to foster and maintain long-lasting working relationships not only with the medical providers we serve but also with the physicians and hospitals that they serve.
