Job Description
VeloSource has a locum tenens emergency medicine opportunity outside of Evansville, Indiana. This position is open to a Physician.
– Active IL License
– Can be Internal Med or Family Med as long as one has some Emergency Room experience
– DEA Required: Yes/Active for IL
– Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible
– Required Certifications: ACLS/ATLS/PALS/BLS
– Minimum years experience: 5-10
– Number of Shifts per month: 4-6 24hr shifts
– Coverage Needs Details: 24hr shifts will consider 12hr shifts
– 6,000 patients annually
– Solo provider
