Work Dates Needed: Jan – May 2025
Preferred Schedule: Call only
7a-7a / 24hrs
Call coverage for ED and hospital consults
Must be able to work May 5-12 2025
Worksite Setting: Inpatient
Scope of Work:
Procedures required:
Hydronephrosis with renal and ureteral calculous obstruction and Calculus of kidney
Benign prostatic hyperplasia with lower urinary tract symptoms
Calculus of ureter
Urinary tract infection
Patient volume: 0-10 daily
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license, BC, DEA; clean files only
EMR: Epic
