  • Shift & Call Details: 8a to 5p Mon-Friday
  • Credentialing Timeframe:  30-45 days

  • APP Support/Supervision: 2 other providers 3 other clinical support
  • EMR: Epic
  • Client Requirements: ACTIVE Ga License, Board Certification, and COVID vaccination.  Will consider New Grads
