- Willing to wait for license
- BC or BE required
- Days, Call, Weekend call
- ACLS and BLS needed
- Average of 8 – 12 deliveries per month
- Trained in vaginal birth, vacuum assisted delivery, D & C for retained placenta
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
